Shipping and Return Policies

Is shipping free?

Yes! We cover the shipping costs for all orders sent through FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, or the most economical carrier available. Keep in mind that deliveries are made to the curbside, so you may need to arrange for help with unloading if necessary.

Will the delivery be brought inside my home?

No, standard deliveries are curbside only. The carrier will not bring items inside your home, garage, kitchen, or any other indoor space.


Please note: The only exception is Forno appliances, which qualify for in-home delivery through AM Trucking. This service is limited to ground-floor delivery only—AM Trucking will not carry items up a flight of stairs. If your delivery requires stairs, please inform us before shipment, as additional fees may apply.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number via email within 2-4 business days after placing your order. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for tracking details to become available.

What if my address is undeliverable?

If the shipping carrier determines that your address cannot be delivered to, you may be responsible for additional fees to arrange an alternative delivery method.

Can I ship to a PO Box?

No, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

What happens if I cancel or refuse my order after it has shipped?

If you cancel or refuse an order after it has been shipped, a restocking and shipping fee will apply.

Restocking Fees by Brand:

  • ZLINE – 15% restocking fee
  • Forno – 30% restocking fee
  • Thor Kitchen – 15% restocking fee

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, you can update your shipping address at no cost if your order has not yet been processed. However, if the order is already in transit, a $175 fee will be required to cover the carrier's address change process.

How are large items shipped?

Oversized or heavy items, like ranges and refrigerators, are shipped via LTL (less-than-truckload) freight carriers. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment, and someone must be available to sign for the shipment. Curbside delivery is included at no extra cost, but fees may apply for rescheduled or refused deliveries.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

If the box is visibly damaged: Take photos, refuse the delivery, and note the damage on the Bill of Lading or Freight Bill. Then, email return@appliancesline.com with the photos.

If the box appears undamaged: Inspect the product immediately. If you find any damage, take photos and contact us within 24 hours. Reports made after 24 hours may not be eligible for resolution.

What should I keep in case of returns or exchanges?

Retain the box, packaging, and pallet for all products in case you need to return or exchange them.

What is your return policy for damaged goods?

All returns must be in their original condition, including packaging, manuals, and accessories. Refunds will be issued after the warehouse completes its inspection of the returned items. The refund will be credited to the original payment method and may take up to 72 hours to appear.

Price Match Guarantee

Do you offer price matching?

We strive to offer you the best price, but certain exclusions and conditions apply:

Exclusions:

  • Promotions: Rebates, "Buy One, Get One Free" deals, special events, and bundled offers are not eligible.
  • Competitor-Specific Discounts: Personalized, one-time-only, or group-specific discounts (e.g., military, loyalty programs) do not qualify.
  • Bulk & Wholesale Pricing: Large volume or wholesale orders are not eligible. If you're a PREMIUM+ Pro customer, you may request a custom quote for bulk purchases.
  • Membership-Exclusive Prices: We do not match prices from membership-based retailers like Costco or Sam’s Club.
  • Auction & Discount Marketplaces: Prices from sites such as eBay, Overstock, and similar platforms are not eligible.
  • Sales Tax Differences: We do not consider tax variations in price matching.
  • Pricing Errors & Misprints: Prices resulting from errors or misprints cannot be honored.

Additional Conditions:

  • The item must be in stock and sold by an authorized retailer on a competitor’s website.
  • The price match includes the product price, shipping fees, and applicable taxes for an accurate comparison.

Limitations:

  • Our Price Match Guarantee cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
  • We reserve the right to limit price match requests to reasonable quantities.

How to request a Price Match?

Contact us before placing your order to request a price match. Once an order has been placed and processed, price matching is no longer available.
